Key Responsibilities:- Boost sales revenue and achieve optimal sustainable pricing.
- Identify growth opportunities, delivering profits (targeting >10% of net revenue).
- Provide concise market analysis and reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
- Differentiate our offerings through sustainability and innovation.
- Build strong, transparent communication within our global team and with clients.
- Engage with the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries to explore new applications.
- Lead prospecting efforts, new application development, and expand into new industries.
- Offer expert technical support, including material recommendations and feasibility studies.
- Help clients bring future moulded parts into production with technical recommendations.
- Fluent in English and any of the Eastern European languages (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian).
- Ready to travel up to 80%.
- Successful track record in selling high-value, specialized products.
- Technical competence in materials, moulding processes, and tooling; polymer technology knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, business-focused mindset.
- A positive attitude, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
