Objective
As the Regional Manager for Spain and LATAM, you will join the Country Management Team and be responsible for the development of the specific markets – Spain as well as LATAM: from marketing channel strategies, growth opportunities, local initiatives and campaigns to product assortment, ultimately to develop, implement and support growth plans to drive YesStyle's sales growth in Spain and LATAM and to establish the YesStyle brand as the market leader for Korean & Asian cosmetics in these markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy and Business Development: Develop, plan and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives (online and offline) to achieve sales targets in Spain and LATAM. Develop partnerships and collaborations to position YesStyle.com as the leader for Asian cosmetics in these two markets.
- Project Management: Collaborate with and lead the country-focussed projects including working with various stakeholders in the company, both within and outside of the Marketing Department: Performance, Retention and Loyalty, Social Media, Influencer, SEO as well as Data, Content and other Teams.
- Website Management: Ensure that our Spanish language online shop presence and content are always optimally localized and updated for the Spanish speaking markets.
- Digital Marketing: Work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales and reach through various marketing channels. Marketing channels include search marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media and influencer marketing.
- Networking/customer relationship management: Represent YesStyle in at industry events, conferences and trade fairs, establish a presence for YesStyle and identify potential partnerships.
Requirements
- University or technical college degree with a background in (digital) marketing / e-commerce
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably with several years as a marketing channel manager
- Experience in skincare/beauty would be a bonus
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to develop solutions and solve problems
- Experience in data analysis
- Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with an international team and build business partnerships
- Fluency in Spanish and English
