At ecoPRISM, we're developing a comprehensive platform with solutions tailored for enterprises seeking enhanced management of their ESG data and performance. We aim to address corporate ESG challenges by automating data collection, generating advanced insights, and enabling scenario simulations to derive actionable strategies. Our SaaS-based platform empowers businesses to set and monitor ambitious targets while meeting diverse regulatory requirements, including adherence to the new CSRD regulations. ecoPRISM endeavors to furnish business leaders with the requisite tools and expertise essential to navigate their ESG transformation successfully.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the European market. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level professional with a passion for sales. This role involves managing existing customer relationships and actively hunting for new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gain a deep understanding of ecoPRISM’s solutions. Translate technical advantages into clear, compelling sales presentations that resonate with potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, securing profitable deals that align with our company's goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze client feedback, and regularly update management on market trends and business development progress.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, promote ecoPRISM, and cultivate relationships with potential partners.
  • Regular reporting to internal stakeholders.

 

What are we looking for:

  • 4-7 years of experience in selling high-quality software/IT solutions and projects.
  • Ideally, experience within the European market and the ESG/Sustainability industry
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a focus on closing deals.
  • Confident, convincing demeanor and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe to customers and events as needed.
  • Fluent in English and German, any other languages preferred.
