The Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll prospect and close new business while expanding existing relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, nurturing, and closing new opportunities, managing forecasts, and building a sales pipeline. With a consultative sales approach, you’ll work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure that every customer engagement leads to satisfaction and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Convert incoming leads, gathering information and engaging decision-makers.
  • Build strong, effective relationships that drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to support customer needs.
  • Facilitate customer engagements, connecting them with the right internal and external resources.
  • Stay updated on products, competitive landscape, and sales pitch for accurate messaging.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and materials.


What You Bring:

  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced, competitive market focused on new business.
  • Proven ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology with a successful track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Skilled in building business champions, running complex sales processes, and managing time and resources efficiently.
  • Previous training in Sales Methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS products in the infrastructure or DevOps space is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Driven and competitive, with a strong desire for success.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a quick learner who establishes credibility.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong focus on customer success and long-term professional relationship building.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive follow-up approach.
