Location: Based in Markgröningen, Germany, with responsibilities extending to our subsidiaries in Europe.

The Role: As a Technical Sales Executive, your primary mission is to spearhead new market development while nurturing lasting relationships with existing clients, thereby establishing enduring trust. You will be pivotal in aligning client needs with our innovative technical solutions, enhancing both market reach and service quality.

Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term trust.

Explore and penetrate new markets, maintaining alignment with our core values within a multicultural landscape.

Craft and execute a business strategy tailored to the nuances of the chemical and anti-corrosion coating industry.

Enhance our market intelligence and research efforts in collaboration with R&D teams to drive market expansion.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to chemical substance handling.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate comprehensive skills into business operations.

Champion autonomy within the role, while driving improvements in team dynamics and supporting collective efforts across European operations.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in sales or new market development, preferably within the chemical or metal coating sectors.

A background in engineering or related technical fields is highly desirable.

A strong track record in managing client relationships and establishing trustworthy partnerships.

Proficient in working cross-functionally to uncover value creation opportunities, synergies, and process optimizations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

German as native language and fluency in English are essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Experience in managing major accounts is preferred.
