Pacific has been exclusively retained to support a global renewable energy market leader operating across 23 countries, driving innovation in the renewable energy sector. Now expanding their Heat Pump division in Germany.
Our client has successfully established a solid customer base in various regions, and we are seeking experienced Sales Managers to join their expert team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build strategic partnerships, drive sales, and contribute to the growing renewable energy market in Germany.
This is a great opportunity for professionals who are seeking exposure to sales and building strategic partnerships with customers across Germany as well as identifying and building new customer partnerships.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth, enhancing market positioning and driving sales strategies for existing products in new markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Germany with a core focus on the Heat Pump market.
- Identify and engage potential customers, partners, and stakeholders to promote the products and services.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Leverage existing networks and develop new contacts within the heat pump industry, focusing on large installers and project-based customers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for market entry and growth, aligning with company objectives and regional needs.
- Assist customers with technical and commercial inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of market experience in the Heat Pump sector
- Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in the Heat Pump industry.
- Strong knowledge of the German Heat Pump market, including key players and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and engage in business development activities.
