Your Role

• Develop, refine, and enhance large datasets to support a wide range of business applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and transform them into practical data-driven intelligence solutions.
• Employ machine learning techniques to uncover insights, create predictive analytics models, and guide decision-making.
• Architect and execute solutions for real-time data processing, ensuring the infrastructure aligns with dynamic business requirements.
• Analyze patterns in post-sales operations, predict customer behavior, identify future needs, and design systems to automate repetitive tasks.
• Spearhead the creation of a scalable data platform, including pipelines, data storage, and warehousing solutions.

Your Profile

• Expert in SQL and Python, with a strong foundation in both.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 5+ years of substantial experience in data engineering and building data warehouse solutions.
• Deep familiarity with data platform development and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional team settings.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and achieving impactful results in a growing organization.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning methods and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with real-time data frameworks such as Kafka or Spark.
• Insight into buyer experience optimization, including catalog management and pricing strategies.
• Background in working with big data platforms and tools.
