Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic clients in Germany. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, driving customer success, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in Germany, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
2.Sales Strategy & Revenue
Growth:Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio of key acounts.
3.Account Development & Retention:
Work proactively with clients to understand their needs, anticipate future demands, and provide customized solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to promote client retention.
4.Negotiation & Contract Management:
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Act as an advocate for both the client and the company.
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered efficiently.
6.Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on account performance and opportunities to senior management.
7.Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience throughout the partnership.
Qualifications
1.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or a similar role, p
referablyin Small home appliances, consumer electronics, Wearable categories will be given priority.
2.Sales Acumen:Strong business acumen with a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
3.Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in both German and English is required.
4.Problem-Solving Ability:
Ability to identify client needs, provide solutions, and handle complex situations with diplomacy and tact.
5.Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with other team members to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
6.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
