New Business Account Manager – Event Marketing (Saxony/Berlin Region)

At InviteDesk, we’re looking for a motivated New Business Account Manager to expand our customer portfolio in Germany. In this role, you’ll drive new customer acquisition and convince companies to embrace our innovative event marketing SaaS solution, helping businesses maximize the impact of their events – from national players to European organizations committed to achieving results.


Our Client Portfolio Our clients include established names like Mercedes Benz, Porsche, BNP Paribas, EY, and many ambitious mid-sized and smaller companies that view events as a strategic tool to achieve their goals.


Your Role

  • Identify and engage new prospects in Germany for our solution.
  • Understand the client’s needs, challenge and validate their requirements, and develop proposals.
  • Present and defend your proposals, oversee the process, and drive it to closing.
  • Proactively suggest commercial initiatives and contribute to the strategic sales plan.
  • Participate in an intensive training program that includes technical and commercial training, coaching, and on-the-job training from our management team.


Your Strengths

  • Strong communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
  • Master’s degree in Business Engineering or a commercial discipline.
  • Experience in a technical-commercial role is a plus.
  • Persistence and drive to achieve results, with a client-focused approach.
  • A problem-solving mindset with creativity as your second nature.
  • You enjoy variety and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about IT.
  • Your motivation and enthusiasm help you open doors.
