Sales Manager - Frankfurt - C&I - BESS

I'm working exclusively with a business who have achieved incredible success across the APAC regions for C&I and Utility scale BESS projects by supplying their products and services to them.

Now they are moving into Europe with the goal to have the same level of impact. Already, they have secured multiple projects across Germany, with many more in the pipeline across the rest of Europe.

The Sales Director has asked me to find a Sales Manager to come and join the team to enhance both their performance and branding across the DACH markets.

This business have a great name in the market across APAC, and the feedback they are receiving from the European market is already resembling this.

For this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and winning new customers across the DACH region.
• Negotiating and closing commercial contracts.
• Providing technical details of their products.
• Representing the company at trade events and road shows.
• Generating and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
• Reporting to senior management on the current market trends and how your company's products can add significant value to customers.

In order to be a success in this position, the following skills are required:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience with BESS products in the DACH region.
• MUST be based in Frankfurt, or willing to relocate.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Network across C&I and Utility scale customers in DACH region.
• Base level technical understanding with BESS products.
• Willingness to travel.
• Clear and confident communicator.
