Role:

New Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned geographic region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, including contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers.

· Sales Activities:

  • Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to introduce the company’s product range
  • Present and promote the complete range of concrete paving products, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

· Account Management:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.

· Market Research:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean driver’s license is essential due to the nature of the role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the Munster region and the ability to navigate effectively within the sales territory.
  • Previous sales experience in construction or a related industry is advantageous but not essential.
