Role:
New Business Development:
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned geographic region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, including contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers.
· Sales Activities:
- Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to introduce the company’s product range
- Present and promote the complete range of concrete paving products, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
· Account Management:
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.
· Market Research:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A full, clean driver’s license is essential due to the nature of the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the Munster region and the ability to navigate effectively within the sales territory.
- Previous sales experience in construction or a related industry is advantageous but not essential.
