Area Sales Manager - Ostomy (North/East Germany) - Field Based

An exciting client of ours are here at Planet Pharma are seeking for an Area Sales Manager, to join the ever-growing team.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing account plans to meet strategic objectives within their assigned region in Germany, with a particular emphasis on expanding wound and seal product sales in key accounts.

Based in the region, the manager will spend the majority of their time visiting customers and attending industry events. The role requires occasional overnight travel within the territory and occasional trips outside the region, including visits to the UK Head Office.

Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, conducting sales visits to hospitals, homecare providers, wholesalers, and other relevant institutions where the companies products are used or promoted. This will involve coordinating or facilitating training sessions, product sampling, following up on meetings, and attending conferences aimed at healthcare professionals, such as ostomy and wound care nurses, and occasionally patients.

The manager will be expected to develop a deep understanding of their customer base, along with strong technical knowledge of the product range. Building a robust network of industry contacts and influence within the market will also be essential.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience in Ostomy
• Strong network with KOL's in the region
• Driving license
• Experience working with tenders and hospital procurement (desirable)
