Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the EMEA region. Reporting to the VP - Sales, this position will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the inav brand within the target communities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Travel through assigned territory to meet with current and prospective customers.
- Formulate comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to capitalize on growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business development activities. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Attend industry related functions and events.
- Uphold a strong company image consistent with the company’s core values.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism and quality.
- Performs other requests and duties as assigned by management.
CORE COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum three years of proven experience within the aviation industry.
- University Degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong understanding of aircraft engine parts, maintenance practices, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
