MasterSearch is currently working with a Motor Manufacturer who have developed Next-Generation Electric Motors for a variety of exciting industries.
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team to grow and develop the custom base for their exciting new product groups.
Location – Home-office within Europe
Reporting line – Chief Sales Officer
Main Responsibilities;
- Provide impeccable customer service to both new and existing customer of the company by having, regular customer visits to clients and building relationships with new customers also.
- In-depth technical and commercial consulting from process development to contract conclusion
- for new processes
- Extensive technical and commercial support
- Preparation of quotations, negotiation and coordination of projects up to acceptance
- Actively business developing to build new relationships with customers
- Strong cooperation with the headquarters to feed relevant market information back to the development teams
Profile;
- Very good technical understanding based on a successfully completed degree in the Industrial Engineering or the fields of mechanical or electrical engineering or similar
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the motion technology sector (e.g., servo motors, direct drive motors, drives, encoders, motion controllers, geared actuators).
- Joy of communication, high self-motivation and independent way of working
- Enthusiasm for sales and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
Languages;
- Good command of written and spoken English and German or other European language skills would be a bonus
