Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Digital Healthcare
An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team focused on revolutionizing healthcare with cutting-edge digital health products. This role offers an opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals and promote innovative solutions that are transforming the industry.
Role Overview: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, gynecologists, internists, and other specialists, to promote and sell digital health products. This is an integral role within the sales team, with a focus on driving sales success, collaborating closely with field sales, and ensuring seamless processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule appointments and pitch digital health products over the phone, in virtual meetings, and in person.
- Conduct product presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of the solutions and addressing any queries from physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Document all activities and insights in the CRM system (Pipedrive).
- Collaborate with the Field Sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings to determine strategies, refine processes, and discuss sales-related topics.
Experience:
- Prior sales experience is essential, with a background in inside or field sales.
- Experience in the healthcare, DiGA, or B2B sales sectors is highly desirable, particularly experience with digital health products in healthcare, pharma, or B2B environments.
- A background in HCP (healthcare professional) sales or familiarity with the DiGA market is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent German communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships and guide physicians to decisions.
- Proficiency in presentation skills to communicate product details and complex topics clearly and concisely.
- Process-oriented mindset with an understanding of sales KPIs and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to engage with various sales and marketing topics.
