My Client is currently on the hunt for a candidate to join them as a Senior Consultant or Manager in the Transformation & Turnaround management Division. Fields of activity:

- Comprehensive company and business model analyses, identification of profit

weaknesses in earnings and causes of losses as well as process-related and digital deficits

- Creation of in-depth and holistic transformation concepts to regain profitability and competitiveness

- Collaboration in the creation of quick checks, business plan plausibility checks (IBR) and turnaround concepts (operational and financial)

- Development and implementation of transformative programmes of measures and concepts

Development of strategic issues in a digital context

- Conducting sustainability assessments and developing sustainability strategies

- Coordination and overarching management of the transformation through the use of a project management office (PMO)

- Management and control of all relevant stakeholders and process participants (internal and external)

- Guidance and supervision of interns and working students

- Supporting the company's development, e.g. taking responsibility for internal training

Requirements:

- Excellent academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and/or

engineering or natural sciences with a relevant specialisation and additional qualifications

supplemented by additional qualifications

- First relevant professional experience of 2-5 years in transformation and turnaround

management as well as relevant internships in an implementation-orientated

management consultancy or related consulting fields

- Confident use of methods and tools from the areas of strategy, operations or finance

- In addition to your experience, commitment and high level of technical expertise, you have a

profound understanding of technology and the necessary ‘hands-on mentality’

- Analytical thinking skills, a good and confident demeanour, very good communication and

excellent teamwork skills

- Flexibility, willingness to travel

- Excellent knowledge of German and English
