Hoymiles Power Electronics Inc., -– short Hoymiles (688032.SH)-is a globally leading inverter manufacturer with offices and services around the globe. The headquarters is based in Hangzhou China and the R&D department and manufacturing facilities are based there. Hoymiles has a significant R&D team to design and manufacture state-of-the art microinverters & hybird inverter for the international markets. We are in an extremely exciting growth phase in depth to new markets and business, therefore Hoymiles Europe is looking for professionals willing to be part of the team shaping Hoymiles’s success.
About the Role
Major responsibilities:
1. Sales and business development: Promote the sales of our photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems and microinverters in several local countries and achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
2. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
3. Customer and Distributor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.
Required experience and competence:
- Sales expertise: Have more than 2 years or more of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems, and have a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
- Leadership and Management: Effectively manage international teams and have a certain level of cultural understanding of different cultures. Ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Strategic planning: Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
