We are seeking a Key Account Manager (Solar Industry) for Germany (Munich) to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key clients in Germany, ensuring their satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and maximizing their long-term value to the organization.
PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, sales, engineering or relevant field
- German, English (Advanced), Spanish (Nice to have)
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
