The European Sales Manager - Dealer & OEM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers in the Dealer and OEM sectors across Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the automotive Dealer and OEM industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. It is important that you have previous Dealer or OEM knowledge and experience in order to be considered for the role.


Role Accountabilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting Dealer and OEM customers across Europe, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Identify market opportunities and create detailed, country-specific go-to-market plans to drive market share growth in the Dealer and OEM sectors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Dealer and OEM industrie on a European level.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Identify potential customers and, in collaboration with local country teams, develop tailored proposals to meet their specific needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with BCA’s commercial teams in each country to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights to the European Director Sales.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and EU-level forecasts for the European Director Sales, ensuring data accuracy and strategic relevance.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to monitor sales activities, manage customer data, and generate insights for informed decision-making at both EU and country levels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and data teams, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and market demands.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous Dealer or OEM knowledge and experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the European automotive Dealer or OEM business.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in Dealer and OEM business.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Sales Force) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
