About the Role

LiuGong is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee its operations in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through managing sales channels, expanding the dealer network, and increasing market penetration. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop key relationships across the region.


Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for LiuGong in Germany.
  • Define the commercial/sales processes and business plans to achieve regional objectives.
  • Develop Commercial offer through packaging finance, warranty and aftermarket tools.

Dealer Network Expansion:

  • Manage and expand the dealer network to ensure comprehensive market coverage (targeting 95% coverage by 2025).
  • Implement strategies for third-party financing to support wholesale and retail channels, ensuring effective risk management.

Sales and Business Growth:

  • Work with senior leadership to assess market potential, identify business opportunities, and define sales goals for targeted product lines.
  • Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and managing monthly sales forecasting.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Support:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a local sales team to ensure they meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Parts, Service, and Product Management to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Develop a personnel plan for sales, aftersales, product support and marketing.



Compensation and Benefits

  • €75,000 - €85,000 per annum
  • €10,000 per annum car allowance
  • Annual performance related bonus up to the value of 3 months' salary


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or agricultural industries. Strong background in managing and expanding sales through distribution networks.


  • Skills:
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in German (fluency required) and English (required).
  • Experience in sales forecasting, budget management, and business development.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel across the designated region.
