Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the EU region, assisting them in the integration and application of our test and measurement solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and support the sales process.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any technical issues that arise.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation to clients, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and promote our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Work with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or application engineering role, preferably in the test and measurement industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic test equipment and measurement principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel within the EU region as required to meet customer needs.
• A self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for technology and customer success.
