What You Bring

  • Experience in SaaS, ideally with PPM/SPM or a similar domain.
  • A track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development, with proven revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with working with SMBs and some enterprise Tier 1/2 clients.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with presales teams to craft and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
