Planet Pharma are working with a Leading Pharmaceutical Company, whoare seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive the growth of their product range in North or East Germany. In this role, you’ll manage key hospital and healthcare accounts, promote products, lead training sessions, and drive sales growth through strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You'll also play an active role in procurement, tenders, and product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and grow business within assigned region.
• Build relationships with hospitals, wound care nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote and educate on our product range through training and product demos.
• Lead tender processes and manage hospital contracts.
• Attend industry events and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in ostomy or wound care.
• Existing network of KOLs in the region.
• Fluent in German with good English skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 10 overnight stays/month).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Nursing or medical background.
• Experience with hospital tenders and procurement.
