About our Ecommerce Management Team  

Are you ready to dive into the world of e-commerce and Shopify? We're currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Junior Ecommerce Consultant - Webshop (f/m/d). As a key player in our team, you ensure the seamless daily operation of our customers’ Shopify stores, transforming challenges into opportunities to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.  

• You have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in the field of webshops and e-commerce, gaining hands-on experience with Shopify and other leading tools 
• You work with exciting international clients and be exposed to different industries, providing valuable insights and learning opportunities 

• You collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, define and drive the project vision, and create the project roadmap in collaboration with the team 
• You prioritize client needs and goals while considering scope, budget, and timeline 
• You maintain a strong knowledge of e-commerce and the market in which each client operates 
• You act as the primary client point of contact for project execution and the ongoing development of the client's business 
• You cross-sell additional projects across various Front Row teams 
• You take strategic ownership and are ultimately responsible for the delivery of client projects 

Requirements

• You have already gained initial webshop experience, preferably with Shopify 
• You have a good understanding of e-commerce processes, including selling, logistics, and customer support 
• You understand the needs of companies undergoing transformation and the challenges they face in daily operations 
• You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently proactive mindset, eager to take on new challenges and grow your skills 
• You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
