Tasks

• Conduct in-depth research on Web3 trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategies.
• Support content creation for social media (Twitter (X), LinkedIn), newsletters, and blog posts with a focus on high-quality, engaging content.
• Assist in the execution of performance marketing campaigns, including basic analytics, ad setup, and optimization tasks.
• Help manage and grow our social media channels by engaging with our audience and sharing relevant updates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the w3 group ecosystem to align marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, or crypto – any prior knowledge is a plus!
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or others is a big plus.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, basic video editing, or content scheduling tools is a bonus.
• A proactive, organized, and self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with a commitment to working on-site.
• Bonus: A passion for the Web3 community and a desire to play a key role in its development.
