We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand our market presence for chemical additives within the coatings and adhesives sectors across Europe. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the chemical distribution industry, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate and manage key customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer accounts in the coatings and adhesives markets.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing product expertise.
Coordinate with technical support teams to address any product-related inquiries or challenges.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, including their applications and benefits within the coatings and adhesives sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the chemical distribution industry, with a focus on additives for coatings and adhesives.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within a defined territory.
Strong knowledge of chemical additives, coatings, and adhesives markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
