About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models to forecast energy production from renewable sources such as wind and solar.

- Analyze energy consumption patterns to design demand response strategies.
- Integrate real-time data from IoT sensors into energy grid optimization systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and energy experts to deploy advanced AI solutions.
- Contribute to research initiatives focused on energy storage efficiency and grid reliability.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in data science, with experience in energy, utilities, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; expertise with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch); and experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of renewable energy systems, grid management, or energy forecasting is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in time-series analysis, optimization algorithms, and predictive analytics.
- Education: Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for sustainability.
