JOB PURPOSEThe Miu Miu Retail Operations Intern (m/f/x) is part of our Miu Miu Team for Central Europe, located in our Head Office in Munich. In this role, you will be a valued member of the team from day one. You will be involved in our daily business and can contribute proactively. This position is limited to 6 months, and the place of work is Munich.RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting in the realization of sales targets of the stores in the Central Europe region using modern management approaches in retail.Preparation of decision bases for the management of store activities in the areas of sales maximization, customer service, further development and implementation of company standards and specifications.Assistance activities to support the store managers in the region.Qualitative and quantitative reporting, e.G., in Excel and PowerPoint to HQ and the Stores.General administrative tasks in retail management.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSStudies in the field of economics or management related to the fashion industry.Previous experience in retail and/or the fashion industry is desirable.Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility, you also like to think outside the box.Very good written and spoken German and English skills.Excellent MS Office Skills.WHY MIU MIUAt PRADA Group, we offer more than just a job – we provide a platform for you to flourish and make a mark in the dynamic world of luxury retail.
