As our Operations & Finance Intern, you'll play a pivotal role collaborating across all business units. Your responsibility will involve overseeing internal operations critical to driving our growth initiatives. Additionally, you'll contribute to managing the company's finances, ensuring cost-efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making for the future of 4screen.
Tasks- Analyzing and improving our workflow processes & tools: You will support evaluating and improving our core company processes and manage main company tools (e.g. expense management tool Spendesk, company phone Sipgate, etc.) to foster the efficiency and scalability of our company.
- Enhancing the management of company OKRs and KPIs: You will support our team in evaluating and improving our internal reporting processes and governance.
- Supporting market expansion and internationalization: You will take over operational and financial tasks that are needed to launch our products successfully in new markets.
- Controlling and managing our company costs and expenses: You will manage supplier invoices and employee-initiated reimbursements within Spendesk as well as supporting customer dunning via our in-house ERP system.
- Supporting to grow our external financing: You will identify and apply for exciting funding opportunities and support in the preparation of our funding rounds.
- Making sure that we meet compliance requirements: You will drive compliance topics (esp. sustainability/ESG) to meet our external customer and partner requirements as well as legal regulations.
- Bachelor or Masters Studies in international business, finance, management, economics, administration or equivalent.
- Open-minded and good communicator as collaboration and effective communication across different teams/stakeholders is a part of the daily work.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive hands-on approach, also when operating with limited information.
- Interest and motivation to work on diverse tasks and projects in a dynamic start-up environment.
- High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in English is a must, German is a plus.
- revious experience in Operations or Finance-related positions is a plus.
