JOB PURPOSEThe Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/x) is part of our PRADA HR Team for Central Europe, located in our Head Office in Munich. In this role, you will be a valued member of the team from day one. You will be involved in our daily business and can contribute proactively. This position is limited to 6 months, and the place of work is Munich.RESPONSIBILITIESManaging the entire recruitment process such as screening, selection of incoming applications, correspondence with candidates as well as the coordination and conduction of interviewsContinuous optimization of candidate management to ensure an excellent candidate journey.You work closely with our Hiring Managers and develop creative recruiting strategies to attract new talent.Proactive search (active sourcing) for new talents and build a good candidate network to highlight Prada as an Employer of Choice for our region (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Netherlands).Creative in posting appealing job advertisements on various platforms (social media and job boards).Active involvement in the design of our employer branding.Relationship-building with academic institutions, relevant to high-class retail.Support also in other HR areas with operational and administrative tasksKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSStudies in the field of economics, psychology, or a comparable field of studyEnrolment at a university or university of applied sciencesPrevious experience in the talent acquisition/HR environment is an advantage.Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility, you also like to think outside the box.Organizational talent, reliability, and a team player.Passion for social media marketing (e.G., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and a feel for current trendsVery good written and spoken German and English skills.Current enrollment in a University or University of Applied Sciences.WHY PRADA At PRADA, we offer more than just a job – we provide a platform for you to flourish and make a mark in the dynamic world of luxury retail.
