Role overview:
We are now seeking an Account Manager to take responsibility for our Central European Enterprise business. As a thinker, doer and deal hunter, you will have an opportunity to impact all areas of your daily work in driving our B2B (Network Operators, Enterprise customers as well as System integrators) engagements.
In this role, you will be responsible for tasks related to our B2B business in the Central Europe region. The tasks include devices and services customer lead generation, pre-sales support for selected B2B customers and channel program partners, including RFI/RFQ process, Partner channel programs and related marketing and proposition development and deployment together with the local HMD and the Global Support team.
The role works in close collaboration with HMD’s functions, such as Services, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Market Access. Key KPI’s in the role are devices and services sales volume, revenue and profit, number of customer wins, and channel program deployment related metrics.
Desired skills & competencies:
- Passionate about driving success in the mobility market
- Relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably from the mobile/IT industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative approaches to lead generation
- Previous experience in sales funnel execution, including channel programs
- Strong communicator externally and internally
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Works comfortably also in virtual and matrix structures
- Ability to coach others to implement new ways of working
- Willingness to travel
