A dynamic and growing team is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of innovative digital health products in Berlin and the surrounding area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with healthcare professionals, making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
Role Overview: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from building relationships with healthcare professionals to presenting digital health solutions and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, gynecologists, internists, and other specialists.
- Conduct in-person meetings at practices and healthcare facilities to present digital health products and engage with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Document activities and insights in the CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure accurate records and sales pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team and other regional Field Sales teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless sales processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to refine strategies, share best practices, and address challenges.
Experience:
- Proven field sales experience is essential, ideally with a background in sales to healthcare professionals or physicians.
- Experience in the healthcare, DiGA, or B2B sales sectors is highly desirable.
- A background in healthcare professional (HCP) sales or familiarity with the DiGA market is an advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in presenting complex information concisely during in-person meetings.
- Process-oriented mindset with an understanding of sales KPIs and the ability to create replicable sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
