We are carrying out a targeted search mandated by the Partner based out of Munich who is actively looking for outstanding strong Advisory professionals interested in securing a position into the area of Transaction Services in a Top-Performing and International Team!

As part of the Transaction Diligence team in Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf, you will advise our customers on transaction decisions by providing crucial analyses and assessments.

Your tasks:

• Advice and support for national and international companies and financial investors in company acquisitions and sales
• Conducting complex financial due diligence reviews and analysing the opportunities and risks of transactions
• Data evaluation and processing for the development of strategic decision-making bases and recommendations for action
• Responsibility for project progress as well as technical leadership and training of team members

Key attributes:

Bachelor or Masters in Economics or comparable studies

Minimum 3 -4 years of consistent for Senior Consultant level and minimum 5 years for Manager of experience within Financial Advisory Services and more specifically in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence ideally from a Big4 or another leading advisory firms

Excellent technical and leadership skills

Adaptability and ability to overcome challenges are key

Some Data Analytics experience would be a great asset

Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Intermediate German and commitment to improving it further
