The Company has executed projects for the Power Sector, involving establishing OPGW / ADSS Optic Fiber based communication network along the 400 KV, 220 KV, 132 KV lines even in the most hazardous and inaccessible terrain.
Role Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales tactics in Telecom and BIM industries
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new markets, clients, and product/service offerings
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales within Telecom/IT industry
- German and English Verbal and written skill proficiency level B2/C1
- Experience in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the European market and business practices
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience in selling Engineering services like BIM, FTTH design services
- Fluency in multiple European languages is a plus
- Ability to travel within Europe for client meetings as needed
