What is in your bowl?

We’re on the hunt for a Jr. Field Marketer with a passion for trade and shopper marketing, and a drive to grow sales in a scale-up environment. As a Jr. Field Marketer, you will be fully responsible for owning our in-store demo program in Germany and Austria.

IN-STORE EXPERIENTIAL

  • Own and implement the in-store demo plan
  • Manage the budget to make sure that our demos are working effectively to drive shopper conversion in-store.
  • Sniff out the way ahead. You’ll be able to identify which areas of the country, and which stores could benefit from a demo blast or in-store activity to drive our sales.
  • Set up experiments for continuous improvements: embody the analyze / ideate / priorities test-cycle mentality.
  • Analyse demo success with our sell-out data and continuously improve ROI impact of your demo investments.
  • You’ll be responsible for owning all our demo material and making sure we shine in-store!

PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE

  • Manage the relationship with our leading external brand activation agency.
  • Carry on the strong training & education plan for the team, including recruiting new activators when needed.
  • Build collaborative ways of working with the wider marketing team in Germany, especially with the Trade & Shopper team and Sales team.
  • Be in direct contact with global event strategist to share results, best practices and optimise efficiency of all offline experiences.
  • Work closely with Field Sales to ensure the customer and shopper demo experience is exceeding expectations

What skills & tricks should you bring?
  • Results-driven and comfortable with data and analysis to measure the impact and ROI of our Field activities. You're always on the look to increase conversion rates and sales. Implement strategies for data capturing and consumer feedback.
  • Negotiation know how – you’re always looking for the best deal, and can effectively influence to get it.
  • Time management skills, you’re comfortable managing schedules and budgets.
  • Creative eye – you’re always looking and thinking for new ways on how we can interact and engage with pet parents & their four-legged friends. Come up with unseen experiments in the pet industry. Think big!
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • To reach our German and Austrian dogs & cats you need to be fluent German speaking. Since we’re an international company, you are fluent in English too. Since we are present in Switzerland, French language skills are a plus.
  • Some experience in managing or coordinating events, agencies and suppliers can definitely help you.
  • An ethical approach in all you do - you align with our values. Oh and you love pets, of course!
