As a Junior Culture Manager (human), you will be responsible for planning unforgettable events, strengthening our company culture, and keeping the office running smoothly - all with the goal of enhancing the well-being of our team and taking everdrop to the next level by integrating our company values into everyday work life.

As Junior Culture Manager (human) your main tasks will be:

• You manage the administration of existing employee benefits and assist in the development of new benefits tailored to the needs and desires of our employees.

• You are responsible for creating, conducting, and analyzing regular employee surveys to determine satisfaction and areas for improvement.

• You plan and execute internal and external events (company, influencer, and PR events) that strengthen the company’s image.

• You ensure smooth office operations and a welcoming atmosphere, including managing orders, organizing, and maintaining office spaces.

• You support the development and maintenance of a strong internal community through regular social activities and networking opportunities.

• You monitor and analyze current trends in company culture, exchange ideas with other startups, and identify best practices to develop innovative approaches for our organization.

• You take care of organizing anniversary gifts, birthday congratulations, and personal gifts for special occasions.

• Ideally, you have already gained some experience, for example through an internship, in the areas of People & Culture, Event Management, or Communications.

• You are highly organized and respond flexibly to changing conditions: even in stressful situations, you maintain an overview and can set the right priorities.

• Your creativity and high level of initiative are among your strengths.

• You possess excellent communication skills, are a true team player, and enjoy contributing your ideas.

• You have an affinity for social media and digital tools.

• You have a strong command of German (C1) and English (B2) in both written and spoken form.

• You live in (or near) Munich and can be in the office 3-4 times a week.
