As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

You will assist our team in various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will collaborate with different departments, gaining insights into the complexities of managing a diverse vehicle fleet.

1. Support in managing the entire process of company cars, including various types such as Company Cars, Employee Cars, Press Fleet, Marketing Fleet, and Key Account Fleet etc.
2. Assist the BYD European Demo Car Team with various tasks in Germany.
3. Coordinate with both internal departments (such as vehicle procurement and disposition) and external entities (such as vehicle registration, insurance, and charging card providers).
4. Collaborate with the team to plan and organize events.
5. Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing documents, vehicle keys, and charging cards.
6. Responsible for checking vehicles in and out of the pool.
7. Create evaluations and reports by using Excel.
8. Other ad-hoc tasks.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in fleet management and operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English and German; Chinese a plus.
• Class B driving license.
