Newell Brands isfocused on delighting consumers by lighting up everyday moments.Aufgaben We are hiring for a Total Rewards Manager, based out ofGermany, to work in our dynamic and fast-growing Total RewardsTeam. This position will oversee compensation and benefitstrategies and design to support and enable Newell Brands'strategy, specifically in our DACH region. Reporting into theSenior Director, EMEA & APAC Total Rewards, you will be thechange agent and focal point regarding Total Rewards offerings,collaborating effectively with the business and HR partners.Developing and implementing base, variable and equity compensationand Total Reward programs at every level of the organisation, youwill play a crucial role in helping to drive long-term results andthe retention and development of great talent. Developing anddriving effective, creative, and informed total rewards servicesand training to our Business Units, HR counterparts and internalcustomers, you will also work with international business segmentsand corporate total rewards teams to ensure compensation andbenefit programs are uniformly administered, as well as providinginput and expertise into benefit programs including long termretirement/pension plans and insured benefits.
