As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to join our company during an exciting time as we expand into new international markets and experience significant growth. The internship begins in early October 2024, with a minimum duration of 3 months.

Your impact will include:

• Assisting with investment opportunities through research, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
• Managing due diligence activities by collecting and organizing data from various sources.
• Leading efforts to accurately forecast and assess future performance by developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and reviewing other relevant information.
• Facilitating communication with key stakeholders of our investments and preparing documents and presentations for investment committee meetings and external stakeholders.
• Attending meetings with potential investment targets and summarizing key outcomes.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, integration, and operations, to support the acquisition process.
• Offering general support to the Acquisition team to help meet overall objectives.
• Having the chance to oversee the entire M&A process and potentially close a deal during the internship.

What you will add to our crew:

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.

• Ideally, you have some initial experience from at least one prior internship or a working student role in a dynamic environment.

• Previous exposure to private equity, transaction advisory, due diligence support, or audit is highly advantageous.

• You demonstrate strong initiative, attention to detail, and an organized, independent approach to problem-solving.

• You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels.

• You are fluent in German (B2-C2) and English.
