We are looking for a:
Junior Recruitment Business Development Consultant - Germany (remote)
to join our team to drive growth and expand our commercial footprint in the German market.
The Recruitment BD Consultant will help in the identification and establishment of commercial leads and contacts. Taking a customer-centric approach, this role will be instrumental in developing, facilitating and delivering the go-to market strategy for Albelissa’s portfolio of technical recruitment services.
Task and responsibilities:
identifying potential clients and conducting the initial outreach to feed sales team with new business opportunities
following up on prospect data, inbound leads and marketing campaigns to build up and create a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities
nurturing relationships with new contacts, and existing contacts and clients
representing Albelissa at national and international trade fairs to help market our services and acquire new business
analyzing customers‘ specific requirements
identifying business issues and opportunities to help us position our services to give us a competitive edge
communicating internally with the sales and delivery teams to develop optimal recruitment solutions
tracking of leads, activities and client relations in our CRM platform
meeting KPI targets
Qualifications:
previous sales experience for professional technical services
successfully completed degree or comparable
strong communicator with confidence in speaking
excellent customer service skills
willing and capable of learning and adapting quickly
native German speaker
English fluency
high energy and motivation, and the ability to transmit that to potential clients
