This is the Invention Age and this is where you come in.The Senior Business Development Analyst, Compute Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving and growing our Windows on Snapdragon EMEA Enterprise business. This position will be responsible for executing our Enterprise sales strategy. This position will work directly with Large Enterprise accounts in EMEA as well as leveraging PC OEM and Microsoft relationships, and channel partners to drive scale.The successful candidate will also be building and managing internal relationships at all levels around the world at Qualcomm in multiple locations. He or she will be the main voice of the customer back to product planning, engineering development, procurement and supply chain teams to sell Qualcomm’s Windows on Snapdragon devices.  The Senior Business Development Analyst, Compute Enterprise Sales will work closely with the technical and product teams in Qualcomm headquarters as well as teams in other locations.The Senior Business Development Analyst, Compute Enterprise Sales will have had extensive experience in developing relationships at large, complex organizations globally.  She or he will have managed to sales targets and goals. The understanding of technically complex products and experience on how to position these to a broad audience within the Enterprise are critical.ResponsibilitiesProspecting and identifying new Enterprise leads that will convert into sales qualified opportunities within GermanyBuilding pipeline, reviewing pipeline, and forecasting as well as providing additional required supportEngaging line of business executives within direct end Enterprise customers to deliver the Qualcomm Commercial value propositionEngaging with sales and sales executives of our PC OEMs and PartnersPartnering with commercial reseller teams on commercial sell thru channelsCollaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation activities from customer invitations to on-the-ground support (for example regional conference events and campaigns)Engaging with designated set of named accounts to keep these customers informed of relevant new product announcements and ecosystem milestones to drive these sales opportunities forwardDriving wider scale product adoption within existing customers through end customer awareness campaignsLeveraging and becoming an expert with internal sales tools (CRM, social media and other Engagement Platforms) to stay organized, optimize customer touchpoints, and regularly report on success metricsSharing best practices with respective team of Regional Sales and Business Development Analysts and Global SDR Manager while continuing to adjust to support territory sales goalsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B sales or business development work experienceORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 4+ years of B2B sales or business development work experienceORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of B2B sales or business development work experienceThis position specifically will be working with customers in Germany, therefore fluency in the German language is required.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in technology or business4+ years of B2B sales or business development work experienceInside selling experience, with both cold and warm leads, with the ability to provide a compelling value proposition to capture interest from a prospective clientTrack record for exceeding sales goalsAbility to successfully navigate inherent challenges/obstacles of new product adoption, and demonstrated experience in selling new or nascent technology/devices into large corporate enterprisesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative problem solving with strong analytical skillsAbility to manage a large territory for customer acquisition and account management, while understanding different customer personas, challenges, and industries to pivot appropriate relevant message positioningProficiency with CRM, social media, and Email Engagement toolsHistory of selling technical products and having a genuine interest in technology - PCs is highly relevantA challenger mindset is a plusIn addition to experience, the successful candidate will have demonstrated competencies in the following areas:Analytical Skills: Provides guidance and direction on appropriate methodologies and analytical approaches to use, including reviewing the work of others, identifying root causes, and developing/implementing insightful recommendations and solutions.Building Trusted Relationships: Contributes to a respectful and inclusive environment within the department or function by collaborating openly and considering the unique insights of colleagues.  Proactively looks for opportunities to develop trusting and collaborative relationships inside and outside of own team;
