The Trustworthy Shopping Experience team is lookingfor a senior business analyst to help us protect our customers fromdefective, dangerous products and guarantee them a worry-freeshopping experience. You will do this inpartnership with other Amazon teams including program, product, andpartner data teams across the world, hence cross-team coordinationand collaboration skills are essential. A day in the life You trackand publish our business metrics, partner with the internal programteams to identify root-causes of spikes or plummets in key metricswhile carrying on mid-term to long-term projects to improve ourpolicies, processes and tools and communicating with datascience/engineering teams. Profil BASICQUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience in writing SQLqueries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau,Power BI - Experience defining requirements and using data andmetrics to draw business insights - Experience with Excel -Experience making business recommendations and influencingstakeholders - 5+ years professional experience in analytics,business analysis or comparable consumer analytics - Businessproficiency in speaking and writing in English PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Team player who enjoys collaborating in a diverseteam across locations and cultures - Creative ability to displaycomplex data in a simple, intuitive format - Advanced workingknowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL processes and Excel -Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, R, Java,C++, Haskell or similar) - Experience working in product catalog,brand protection, risk management, or fraud teams - Experiencecollaborating with machine learning models and data science teams -Business Proficiency in one of the following languages: French,German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic - Master's Degree Wir bietenAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
