With a young and dynamic team of around 45 employees, DLT Finance is in a phase of rapid expansion while concurrently establishing robust processes across the trading, custody and technology divisions.


Your Role:

DLT Finance is seeking a dedicated and energized HRManager who will take a hands-on approach to all employee matters within DLT Finance. This multifaceted role involves day-to-day people operations, enhancing efficiency in various processes, as well as building and developing company culture together with the management, aligning it with our growth agenda. This position will be based in our vibrant office in the heart of Berlin, but of course, home office opportunities are also offered. What we need is you, a motivated allrounder who brings experience and is willing to get things done.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Recording, processing and maintenance of personal data: You collect, organize and govern all personal data, ensuring accurateness, order and compliance.


  • Recruitment & Onboarding: You lead the recruitment process (and optimize it) to attract top talent, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.


  • Employee Relations and Team Development: You serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering our positive work environment, engagement and teamwork.


  • Government Agencies and other Stakeholders: You communicate with internal and external stakeholders related to onboarding, offboarding and various on-job events, managing documentation and certification including payroll-related topics.


  • HR Policies & Compliance: You create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and industry best practices, assuring the company remains compliant with all relevant employment regulations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A dedicated master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • A proven track record in similar roles involving hands-on HR involvement.
  • An understanding of Digital Assets or the particularities of the Fintech sector.
  • Problem-solving orientation and a sense for the well-being of the individual team members, as well as the company's stage and related needs.
  • Openness, outstanding communication and proactivity in a dynamic environment.
