Junior Real Estate Lawyer - Your Role :
- Manage a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and lease agreements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clear documentation of all transactions.
- Collaborate with seasoned attorneys to address complex regulatory issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft detailed memos to guide strategic decisions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, safeguarding clients' interests.
Junior Real Estate Lawyer - Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Law or a related field, with a focus on property law.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate law, preferably within Luxembourg.
- Pursuing or have obtained the CCDL and listed on List II.
- Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
