• Assist the founders in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage communication and correspondence on behalf of the founders.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives forward.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or in the operations field in a fast-paced startup environment or consulting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful with a positive attitude.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow.
