comstruct is a fast-growing construction startup with a fundraising round coming up. As a Founders Associate (m/f/x), you'll work directly with the founders on key areas like finance, recruiting, fundraising, and operations. You'll start in a hybrid setup from our Munich office and play an active role in shaping the company's growth.

• Ops: optimizing our CRM Reporting & Automations
• Finance: FP&A
• HR: Building an org from 20 to 50 FTE
• Investor Relations: upcoming funding round

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS
• Strong background in finance, recruiting, and hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Driven, proactive, and ready to take ownership of tasks with a hands-on approach
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
