POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing Europe is an essential part of the Sales and Marketing Team Europe. The objective of the Manager DTC Marketing is to develop strategies and executional plans to increase awareness and adoption of Inspire therapy with patients and, to drive consumer acquisition through digital and offline channels (Online, Print, TV, Referral, Radio etc.). This will include identifying and analyzing new acquisition opportunities, developing those opportunities, coordinating resources, and facilitating production, executing programs and, tracking and reporting on results.
RESPONSABILITIES
Develop and execute clear positioning strategy for Inspire vs. competition, aligned with US/Global standards
Create and implement action plans to drive patient flow to ACP and Organic channels
Manage key messaging and image elements for DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels in coordination with US Marketing
Develop, manage, and execute direct-to-patient marketing activities:
Identify appropriate DTC channels and collaborate with agencies
Define key metrics to track patient flow and community behavior
Manage patient hotline and funnel appointments to treatment centers
Support patient events with tailored content and PR/Media promotions
Differentiate execution between DTC and Non-DTC countries
Manage relationships with agencies to deliver successful DTC campaigns
Develop and test innovative DTC concepts and strategies
Collaborate with US Marketing to share insights, best practices, and outcomes
Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on DTC trends and dynamics
Work with Website Manager to optimize DTC webpage for increased patient flow and better patient experience
Support territory managers in executing account business plans with DTC marketing activities:
Collaborate with PR for media campaigns and patient stories
Support Inspire Ambassador Program and B2B2C communication efforts
Develop content for DTC communication channels (TV, radio, ads, patient stories, social media)
Maintain and deliver quarterly and annual marketing project plans aligned with organizational objective
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing, preferably in healthcare
Proven success in developing and executing DTC strategies and managing agency relationships
Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
Experience creating content for various channels (TV, radio, digital, print) and organizing patient events
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and globally
