We are partnering with our client who provides SaaS solutions for staffing and cleaning service providers in Europe and is quickly becoming the market leader. The company improves the world of work through end-to-end digitization for service providers, unlocking more job offers and career opportunities for employees and a secure workforce for companies. Around 5,000 customers and 80,000 end users trust their products to manage 2.2 million workers, 14 billion euros in annual wage payments, and 2 million applications each year. The company employs over 600 people at 18 locations in Europe.
We are now adding the first Product Marketing Manager to their team to help build upon their unique position in the market and accelerate growth throughout Europe. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you will be a key player in developing the positioning and messaging for their products aimed at existing and potential customers in the staffing and cleaning services sector. In this role, you are the link between product management, sales excellence, customer support, sales, and marketing. As the founding Product Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the marketing organization and the company as a whole.

Core Responsibilities:
Build and develop a best-in-class product marketing function to support and drive product and feature adoption
Develop and execute the GTM rollout and strategy for all new products and features throughout Europe, including beta testing, team trainings, and communication strategy to drive adoption in conjunction with product management
Work with product management and sales to ensure successful product positioning and communication to the market, prospects, and customers
Develop content marketing strategies and create marketing materials such as presentations, product videos, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and more
Organize and conduct webinars, roadshows, and other events to generate leads and increase product awareness
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance for continuous optimization
Key Requirements:
Completed degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in product marketing, ideally in the SaaS B2B environment
In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of product marketing strategies and campaigns
Experience in working with international, cross-functional Teams, especially product management and sales
Strong analytical skills and experience in using marketing and analysis tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
Creativity, proactivity, and a solution-oriented way of working
