At the heart of everything we do, they inspire us to grow, raise the bar for our customers and fuel a pet-first business.Job DescriptionYour TasksAct as the main analytics expert regarding marketing topicsShape up our reporting, regular/ad hoc analysis and dashboarding capabilities,Support central and local managers’ projects as well as reporting to ManagementApply advanced statistics methods in order to deliver relevant insightsPlanning for new tracking initiatives and maintenance of existing tracking conceptsBased on your research you give recommendations on efficiency potentials, customer insights and competitive advantages by collecting, combining and leveraging large datasets from various sources Hosting training sessions for colleagues within and outside the team on your areas of expertise, for knowledge sharing/building.Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience working experience as a Marketing Analyst, SEO Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Marketing Manager or equivalentBachelor/Master's degree in International Business, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Statistics, Data Science or similar Profound Online Marketing knowledge, ideally SEO relatedStrong SQL-skills and a good understanding of relational databasesGood understanding of Digital Marketing landscapeStructured thinking and presentation skillsQuick comprehension, high affinity for numbers and feel for metrics and KPIs Advanced Excel capabilityWorking experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview or similar Know-how in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar is a plusExperience in using Python for data analysis is a plusFluent in English; any other European language is a plus Additional InformationWith more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
