We spark ideas that lead to positive impact and continued success.If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you. As the EMEA Product Marketing Manager for the Digital oncology product family, you will be responsible for creating and executing the product marketing strategies for our growing radiation and medical oncology software product portfolio.You will be a part of the EMEA Software product marketing team, responsible for related activities from go to market / launch plan (value proposition & messaging, product launches, campaigns, lifecycle management, and initiatives) through to commercial & pricing strategies. You will collaborate with global and geo cross-functional teams to ensure market success.Main Responsibilities:  Developing specific marketing plans and activities for our software products and product linesTo establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arenaMarketing and promotion of digital oncology products at tradeshows & eventsDeveloping and performing product introduction and trainings for Geo SalesPlan, organize and co-create targeted and engaging content for all channelsDeveloping business plans and product positioning in the marketplaceOversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent vocational education) and/or 2-5 years of related experience or Master’s Degree with no or little experienceClinical or technical background, with experience in radiation therapy/or medical oncologyProficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desiredWhat will set you apart: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExperience in Software Product MarketingExcellent teamwork and analytical skills#LI-Remote#LI-OSIVarian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.Fighting cancer calls for big ideas.We envision a world without fear of cancer.
